From his beginnings as a professional dj Pablo Barboza has evolved as an artist to the rhythm of the European mainstream sounds, that has incorporated and adapted into his local environment.
After playing in different dj booth in clubs such as La morocha and La Plage in Punta del Este, and playing in different Radio Shows like Aspen Classic is that his name began being known in his local scene. From then on he plays next to Eric Entrena, Castelli and Tania Vulcano among others.
In the year 2000, Pablo starts to produce his music achieving excellent critics of great producers as Acquaviva, Calderone and T. Thomas among others. Later he edits his first Ep as a single artist under Minimo Records, Uruguay. After that he begins an excellent career producing for numerous record studios around the World: Telepathy Uk , Sas Canada , Synergy Spain , Sensual Ucrania and DLA from Argentina making his music part of the most prestigious sets like the top World female dj Joyce Mercedes or Balance Release Proton Show..
While continuing with his career as single artist, Pablo has shared remixes with many artists. Next to Filter Cutz they decide to Start a project named PuntaLibre aiming to achieve the representative sound of Punta del Este. His music has been part of mainstream events like Creamfields Punta del Este in the set of Hernan Cattaneo.
Nowadays PuntaLibre is remixing top World producers like Tim Davison , Derek Howells and Anil Chalwa, for recording labels like Rapid Response (USA).
